Communication on Two Sides

As a credit restoration company, on the one hand, we want to have impeccable communication with you, the customer. This is something that many credit repairs focus on and do well.

But where a lot of credit repair companies fail, is that they focus so much on the customer, they don’t realize how important it is to keep your banker or real estate agent in the loop.

At Heartland Credit Restoration, we understand that you are organizing a team of individuals who are going to work with you to purchase a home – generally speaking, the largest thing you’ll ever buy. With the communication at Heartland, we try to focus on both sides of those transactions.

If you already have a real estate agent and/or a banker, we want to make sure that we understand and know who the agent is you’d like to work with, and who the loan officer is that you’re going to be doing your loan with.

Once we know who your loan officer is, we can communicate with them to better understand what their loan needs are. So if they need a 660 credit score for approval, we know exactly what tier we need to work towards to get you approved.

Customer Communication

When it comes to our customers, we’re here 24/7. Well, actually our hours are 9 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday, but our response time is amazing. We are a small, intimate company and our goal is to never, ever make you feel like you don’t understand what’s going on.

You’re always able to email or call our team, and we love talking to you. Our goal is to be continually communicating the changes in your credit report and what is affecting your score, whether negatively or positively.

But the other thing that you’re going to love about us is that we’re updating your banker for you. This allows your banker to know when it is time to get you back in their office to pre-approved for your mortgage. And even your real estate agent can be updated a little bit, so they can continue to be looking for the style of home you want.

By doing all of this, you will be prepared when the perfect house comes out on the market. Your real estate agent will be looking for it for you, and your banker will know when to bring you back in to get you qualified.
